Cleaning Services – Pirkkala Municipalitys External Cleaning Services. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Cleaning Service, Which Concerns The Properties Managed By The Municipality Of Pirkkala Presented In The Target List (Appendix 2 Of The Tender Request). The Cleaning Service To Be Procured (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service) Covers All Maintenance And Basic Cleaning Tasks As Well As The Tools, Materials, Machines And Personnel Costs Necessary To Produce Them. The Content Of The Service Is Described In The Service Description (Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders) And It Must Be Correctly Sized In Terms Of Quality, Consistently Of Uniform Quality And Cost-Effective As A Whole, Supporting The Preservation Of The Condition, Value And Characteristics Of The Objects, Continuously Meeting The Operational Needs And Requirements Of The Users Of The Premises. The Service To Be Procured In Its Entirety Is Described In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. In Order For The Bidder To Submit A Bid, All The Unconditional Requirements In The Request For Bids And Its Attachments Must Be Met In The Offered Service. Note Bidders Must Participate In The Target Presentations On Site At The Time Indicated In The Request For Bids In Order To Be Able To Submit A Bid.
