The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials For The Preparation Of Prescription Drugs For The Needs Of The Recipe Workshop Of The Hospital Pharmacy Usk-2 Pum In Szczecin, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Products. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Estimated Quantities Of The Products Were Included In The Unit Price Form (Appendix 2 To Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Fcj). 3. For Item No. 27, The Ordering Party Requires The Offer Of Medicinal Products In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Journal Of Laws 2001.126.1381, As Amended), Placed On The Market And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Offer: A) Pharmaceutical Raw Materials For The Production Of Prescription Drugs; B) Ready-Made Medicines Within The Scope Of Items 27, Which Can Also Be Used As Recipe Raw Materials; C) Auxiliary Products Item 50-51. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Shelf Life Of All Offered Products Is At Least 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 6. The Quantities Of Products Given In The Unit Price Form Are Indicative And The Ordering Party Has The Right To Order Smaller Quantities, But Not Less Than 60% Of The Contract/Task Value. 7. The Order Consists Of 1 Task, Which Includes The Supply Of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials - A Homogeneous Group Of Products. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 10. The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
