This Contract Concerns The Provision Of Containers, Collection, Transport To The Transit Center, Reconditioning And Transport To The Final Outlet For Processing Specific Diffuse Waste (Dds), Not Covered By Eco-Dds, Resulting From The Collection Of Bulky Items At The Bulky Sorting Platform (Isdnd - St Jean De Libron In Béziers) As Well As From The Community Recycling Centers Of Béziers (Capiscol And Mercorent), Villeneuve-Les-Béziers And Sauvian/Vendres. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 2 Years From 01/01/2027. The Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewed Until Its End. The Number Of Renewal Periods Is Set At 2. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 1 Year.
