The 22Nd July Centre Needs A Digital Collaboration Partner Who Can Contribute To Stable Operation, Management And Further Development Of The Centres Digital Systems And Communication, And Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement To Meet The Needs Of The 22Nd July Centre. The Framework Agreement Will Be Valid For 2 Years, With An Option For The Contracting Authority To Extend The Contract For 1+1 Year. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Nok 6 Million Excluding Vat. The Estimated Annual Value Is Nok 1.5 Million Excluding Vat. The Framework Agreement Covers The Following Main Types Of Services: 1. Ongoing Operation And Management Of Existing Digital Systems, Which Are Regulated In Accordance With Ssa-L. 2. Consultancy Services And Consultancy Services Under The Contracting Authority ́S Management, Which Are Regulated In Accordance With Ssa-B. 3. Limited Consultancy Assignments With A Further Defined Result, Which Will Be Regulated In Accordance With Ssa-O ( Ssa-O). A Ssa-L Will Be Signed For Point 1 Above. The Type Of Contract Used For Each Call-Off For Points 2 And 3 Is Determined By The Nature Of The Service And The Division Of Responsibility Between The Contracting Authority And The Tenderer.
