The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Large-Size Waste With Code 20 03 07, Originating From Collections From Municipalities Supplying Waste To The Installation In A Maximum Amount Of 1,600 Mg Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Minimum Amount Of Waste Ready For Transfer Will Be 800 Mg. The Actual Amount Of Waste Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. We Estimate That The Bulk Density Of Loading Will Be Between 0.12Mg-0.19Mg/M³. The Method Of Managing Large-Size Waste With Code 20 03 07 Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Depending On The Needs, The Ordering Party Will Transfer Appropriate Amounts Of Waste Per Month. Waste With Code 20 03 07 Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party For Collection In Unshredded Form. In Order To Complete The Task, The Contractor Will Each Time Provide Max. 2 Walking Floor Semi-Trailers With A Capacity Of Approx. 90 M³, At The Request Of The Ordering Party (Sent By E-Mail To The Contractor). The Contractor Will Place The Above-Mentioned Trailers At The Ordering Partys Disposal Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Ordering Partys Notification. The Loaded Trailers Will Be Collected Within 24 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Notifies That The Trailers Are Ready For Collection (The Notification Will Be Sent By E-Mail To The Contractor). In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Trailers, The Ordering Party May Request Additional Waste Collection Using A Walking Floor Vehicle. The Request For Additional Acceptance Will Be Sent By E-Mail To The Contractor. Waste Collection By The Contractor Will Take Place Within 24 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Reports The Need For Additional Waste Collection. The Waste Will Be Transferred From The Premises Of The Ordering Party: Regionalny Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Staroprzygodzka 121 In Ostrów Wielkopolski. Waste Collection Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor, To Indicate Other Dates And Hours For The Collection Of The Waste In Question. The Loading Of Waste Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. Before The Planned Waste Collection, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Send (Via E-Mail) Data (Notification) To Generate A Waste Transfer Card In The Bdo System Containing: Personal Data Of The Driver, Registration Number Of The Vehicle Transporting Waste Along With The Trailer Numbers, Bdo Number Of Both The Person Taking Over And Transporting The Waste, And The Number Of The Place Of Business Of The Person Taking Over. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Person Designated By The Ordering Party About Any Changes In The Notification. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed Using The Employers Verified Scales. The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Each Time Confirmed Via The Bdo It System, Available At Www.Bdo.Mos.Gov.
