Work Detail
Miscellaneous General And Special-Purpose Machinery – Planning, Dimensioning And Installation Of Exhaust Air Purification For The Biocampus Multipilot (Bmp). The Basis Of The Design Is The Cleaning Of Two Exhaust Air Streams From The Process Area. The Exhaust Air Flow Axx Comes From Areas With Atex Requirements And Is Around 1,020 Nm³/H. The Aex Exhaust Air Flow Covers The Remaining Process Areas With A Volume Flow Of Up To 3,300 Nm³/H. Since The Bmp Is Operated Intermittently, Loads On The Exhaust Air Streams That Vary Over Time Must Be Expected. The System Must Therefore Be Designed In Such A Way That The Applicable Ta Luft Limit Values For Organic Substances And Ammonia Are Reliably Adhered To. The Preferred Cleaning Process Is The Use Of Activated Carbon Or A Technically Equivalent Adsorptive Process. If Necessary, Additional Exhaust Air Purification Stages Can Be Integrated. The Solution Can Be Implemented As Part Of A Rental Model Including Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance And Dismantling, Or As A System For Purchase With Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning. The Operation Of The System, In Particular The Replacement Of The Adsorber Material And Maintenance Required Depending On The Load, Should Be Regulated In The Form Of A Framework Agreement. Safe And Controlled Replacement Of The Adsorbers With Minimal Downtime Must Be Ensured. In Addition, The System Should Have A Modular Structure So That It Can Be Flexibly Expanded Or Adapted If The Exhaust Air Pollution Changes. In Order To Avoid Embers Or Hotspots Within The Adsorber Material, It Must Be Possible To Integrate A Suitable Measuring And Inerting System As Well As Measure The Pollutant Concentrations In The Exhaust Air. The Installation Is Planned On A Prepared Concrete Area Of Approx. 5X12 M. Further Information Will Be Made Available To Interested Companies To Protect Confidentiality After Signing The Confidentiality Agreement And Reading The Data Protection Declaration. To Do This, We Ask You To Upload These Using The Messaging Function Of The Procurement Portal. Application Documents Can Be Submitted In German Or English.
