The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: 1. Designing In The Technical Project Phase: Part Geodesy, Part Road, Part Pbz, Part Puso, Part Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety, Part Permanent Organization And Traffic Safety, Part Fire Safety, Part Design And Accounting Documentation, Part Construction - If Necessary. 2. Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works, Including All Activities Laid Out In All Parts Of The Developed Technical Project; 3. Exercising Authorial Supervision During Smp. During The Development And Implementation Of The Design Solution, The Following Activities Should Be Foreseen: - Cutting Asphalt Pavement With A Fugorezachka; - Mechanized Excavation In Earth-Rock Soils, Incl. Landfill Removal; - Laying And Compacting Of A Road Base From Crushed Stone Fraction 0-75 Mm With A Thickness Of 25 Cm; - Laying Of An Asphalt Layer Of Non-Dense Asphalt Concrete (Binder) With A Thickness Of 5 Cm In A Compacted State; - Laying An Asphalt Layer Of Dense Asphalt Concrete With A Thickness Of 4 Cm In A Compacted State; - Laying The First Bitumen Spill; - Laying A Second Bitumen Spill; - Delivery And Installation Of Road Curb 50/25/15 On A Concrete Base - Class B15 And All Related Costs. In The Section Of The Garages, Footpaths And Intersections, The Concrete Curbs Should Be Lowered; - Dismantling Of Road Signs - Installation Of New Standard Road Signs With Reflective Foil - Delivery And Laying Of Horizontal Markings Made Of White Paint With Pearls - Temporary Organization Of Traffic, As Well As All Necessary Requirements, According To The Coordination With The Authorities Of Rdvr-Pp (Kat). Existing Situation The Aim Of The Project Is To Restore And Improve The Transport-Operational Qualities And Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement, With A View To Ensuring Conditions For Traffic Safety And Good Drainage Of The Streets. The Asphalt Pavement In The Considered Sections Is In A Severe Operating Condition, As A Result Of The Reconstruction Of The Internal Water Supply Network. The Remaining Asphalt Layer Is Cracked, With Many Unacceptable Deformations And Destructions. In Some Places, The Crushed Stone Base On Which The Asphalt Layers Are Laid Is Found. After The Replacement Of The Water Pipe, The Back Embankment Made Of Rock Material Has Subsided In Some Places, Making It Difficult For Pedestrians And Motor Vehicles To Move. Sidewalks In Populated Areas Will Not Be Built. Existing Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Are Variable. The Organization Of Traffic On The Streets Has Deteriorated Safety Due To The Poor Condition Of The Pavements. There Is No Horizontal Marking, And The Available Vertical Signaling Needs To Be Brought Up To Standard. The Scope Of The Activities Includes The Reconstruction Of The Street Pavements With An Average Width Of 5 M.
