The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I: A) Conducting A Site Inspection Of The Facility And Conducting An Inventory Of The Existing Exhaust And Supply Ventilation System In The Scope Covered By Modernization. B) Development Of The Executive Technical Design For The Installation Of New Devices, Taking Into Account Integration With Existing Installations In The Facility, Meeting The Requirements Of This Opz, For Approval By The Team Of The Department Of Operation Of Nuclear Facilities (Hereinafter Referred To As: Dej). C) Development Of A Schedule Taking Into Account: Delivery Of Devices, Installation, Integration And Sat Tests (Site Acceptance Tests). 2) Stage Ii: A) Support For The Ordering Party In Obtaining The Consent Of The President Of The National Atomic Energy Agency (Hereinafter Referred To As: The President Of The National Atomic Energy Agency) To Carry Out Modernization According To The Detailed Technical Design. 3) Stage Iii (Completion Deadline Up To 8 Weeks During A Dedicated Renovation Break In 2027) In Accordance With The Schedule Of Technical Breaks In Reactor Operation: A) Delivery Of Equipment Preceded By Conducting Fat Acceptance Tests At The Contractors Premises, Aimed At Checking The Damper Fan With The Order And The Executive Technical Design Previously Approved By The Ordering Party. B) Disassembly Of Fans, Fittings And Components Included In The Scope Of Modernization And Their Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. C) Adaptation Of Pedestals And Installation And Full Integration Of New Fans, Fittings And Fittings, In Accordance With The Executive Technical Design Approved By The President Of Paa, Taking Into Account Equipment Reserves. D) Installation And Integration Of Fan Control And Power Supply With The Existing Systems In The Facility And Integration Of I&C Of Fans, Inverters And Dampers With The Existing Facility Systems Included In The Executive Technical Design Approved By The President Of Paa. E) Carrying Out Post-Installation Sat Tests With The Participation Of The Ordering Party. F) Participation In The Ordering Partys Tests Confirming The Assumed Functionality Of The Ventilation Systems. G) Preparation Of An As-Built Technical Design Reflecting The Actual Condition Of The Installed Ventilation Systems Of The Maria Reactor. H) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation, Maintenance And Configuration Of The Provided Equipment (Ventilation Systems For A Minimum Of 20 People And Training In The Operation And Configuration Of Inverters, Certified By The Manufacturer Or In Accordance With The Pnen Iso 9001 Procedure For 6 People On Two Dates At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 4) Stage Iv: Support For The Ordering Party In Obtaining The Consent Of The Paa President To Restart The Maria Reactor With The Ventilation Systems Installed And Activated Supply And Exhaust. 5) In The Task Listed In Stage Iii, Point F), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical Support To The Ordering Party. 6) At The Request Of The Paa President Or
