The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Purchase And Installation Of Sports Equipment In The Gymnastics And Boxing Halls Of The New Sports Complex In Joinville-Le-Pont (94). The Contract Is Made Up Of Two Lots: Lot 1: Sports Equipment For The Gym - Lot 2: Sports Equipment For The Boxing Hall. The List Of Expected Equipment Appears In The Cctp Of Each Lot. The Holder Of Each Lot Must In Particular Ensure: - The Supply Of New Sports Equipment; - Delivery To The Location Indicated By The Municipality In The New Sports Complex; - Installation Of Equipment Under The Conditions Specified In The Cctp; - Commissioning Of Its Equipment, Adjustments And Tests; - Receipt Of The Equipment.
