5.1.The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Registration Plates For Vehicles Registered In Chojnick District. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Subsequent Delivery Of License Plates For Vehicles Registered In Chojnice County. License Plates Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Chapter No. 6 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration, (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended) And Annex No. 12 To The Above-Mentioned Regulation. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Collection Of Old License Plates In The Warehouse Of The Department Of Communication And Transport Of The County Office In Chojnice Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party And Their Scrapping. The Order Includes The Delivery Of License Plates According To The Designs Specified In Annex No. 12 To The Above-Mentioned Regulation, In The Types And Quantities Of The Above-Mentioned Regulation, In The Types And Quantities In Accordance With The Annex To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Quantities Of Boards Given In The Price Form Are Only Estimates Of Demand And Their Actual Use May Be Slightly Lower Than The Stated Amount, Up To 30%.
