The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Sports Lighting, Stand Lighting, Roof Structure Illumination And Effect Lighting In The Design And Build Formula, According To The Specifications Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Three Stages: 1) Stage 1: Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Modernize Sports Lighting, Stand Lighting, Roof Structure Illumination And Effect Lighting, Along With All Formal And Legal Arrangements.2) Stage 2: Execution Of Modernization Of Sports Lighting, Stand Lighting, Roof Structure Illumination And Effect Lighting, According To The Prepared Design Referred To In Point 1, Approved By The Ordering Party 3) Stage 3: Carrying Out Tests, Measurements, Functional Tests, Removing Identified Faults, Carrying Out Acceptance Tests, Conducting Training, Obtaining A Fifa Certificate For The Pitch Lighting Installation And Preparing As-Built Documentation.3.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of Its Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (One Million Zlotys). Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences. 4. Failure To Submit A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract Or A Declaration Of Employment No Later Than On The Day Set For Concluding The Contract Will Be Treated As The Selected Contractor Avoiding Concluding The Contract.5.For The Main Lighting Of The Pitch, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Lighting Fixtures Included In The Current List Of Products Recommended By Fifa (Fifa Preferred Provider Floodlighting Program) Or An Equivalent Fifa Program In Force On The Date Of Submission Of Offers.
