Renovation Of The Existing Biskupiec-Rukławki-Słoneczny Brzeg Bicycle Path In The Scope Of: Resurfacing The Bicycle Path, Repairing U-12 Barriers, Maintenance Works Of Ditches Along The Bicycle Path, Installation Of Small Architecture Elements For Cyclists (Mor Points, Bicycle Repair Station, Bench With Changing Table And Information Boards). The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Unjustified For Economic And Organizational Reasons And Due To The Principles Of Construction Practice. Two Or More Contractors On The Same Construction Site Or In Close Proximity To Each Other Would Disorganize The Work Of Each Of Them, Cause Collisions, Logistic Problems (E.G. Building And Using Temporary Facilities, Transport Of Heavy Equipment, Maneuvering Heavy Equipment) And Increase Environmental Pollution Due To Duplicate Transport On The Same Route, Which Would Negatively Affect The Execution Of The Order. The Order Is Tailored To Smes. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By A Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22§1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974. – The Labor Code Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract; Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Not Intended To Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. It Should Be Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
