The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Recreation And Relaxation Area Called Łużyckie Tarasy, Including The Construction And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Recreational Equipment And Works Related To Improving The Functionality And Aesthetics Of Public Space. The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Sonic Graduation Tower With A Health Zone, 2) Construction Of A Ground Trampoline Zone, 3) Construction Of A Games And Recreation Zone, 4) Construction Of Zones Recreation,5) Construction Of Runs For Small And Large Dogs Along With Agility Devices,6) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements,7) Construction Of Park Lighting, Monitoring And Replacement Of Poles Of Existing Fixtures8) Renovation Of Existing Pedestrian Routes And Field Stairs,9) Development Of Greenery,10) Construction Of Recreational And Hardened Surfaces,11) Construction Of Construction Equipment Related To The Functioning Of The Planned Land Development. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Tasks Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Contract, Including A Warranty Period For Greenery And Maintenance For A Period Of 18 Months And A Warranty For Defects In The Works For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period. Note: An Additional Warranty For The Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.5.
