1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Fence On The Premises Of The Gks Rozbark Facility In Bytom At Ul. In The Design-Build System. Tuwima 43. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 36-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Design Work Performed And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Construction Works Performed And For The Construction Materials, Installations, Devices And Equipment Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, With The Reservation That The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See: Part Xviii Of The Swz). 3. The Above Applies Accordingly To Subcontractors.
