The Ordering Party Anticipates The Possibility That Other Brands And Models Of Buses Will Be Subject To Repair Than Those Specified Above For Individual Towns, But Still Remaining In The Category Of Buses Related To The Subject Of The Order, Which Repairs Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Contract And The Draft Terms Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Above May Apply To No More Than 5 Different Vehicle Models. ►The Number Of Repairs Will Fully Depend On The Actual Malfunctions And Faults Of The Buses And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Service Should Be Provided Successively On The Basis Of Orders Placed By The Ordering Party, I.E. Repair Orders Sent By The Ordering Party To The Contractor. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Provision Of Services Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Value Of Which Will Not Be Lower During The Contract Period Than 30% Of The Gross Value Of The Amount Allocated For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. ►The Contractor Provides All Accessories, Materials And Devices Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense. The Price For 1 Man-Hour Must Include All Components Related To The Use Of Necessary Materials, Fluids, Accessories, Tools, As Well As The Cost Of Labor (Does Not Apply To Spare Parts) And, If It Concerns The Cost Of Travel (Accommodation, Etc.)
