Niepodległości In Czechowice-Dziedzice (Division No. 3788/777, 3788/779 And 5077). This Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Green-Blue Commune Of Czechowice-Dziedzice - Development Of Sustainable Rainwater Management Systems Under The Fenx.02.04 Measure Adaptation To Climate Change, Prevention Of Disasters And Priority Disasters Fenx.02 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Erdf.The Works Will Consist In: - Demolition Of The Former Library Building Together With Two Outbuildings, - Development Of The Area As A Green Urban Square With Elements Of Small Architecture, Garden Sheds, Planting Of Greenery, Pedestrian Routes With Accompanying Infrastructure, - Execution Of Internal Electrical Installation Within The Existing Power Connection. Note: - The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation, The Decision On The Demolition Permit And The Arrangements Permitting Work To Be Carried Out, - From The Moment Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site Until The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Liable On General Terms For Damage To Persons And Property Resulting From The Works Being Carried Out, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Design, Observing All The Conditions Specified In The Documentation, Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, - Performance Of Works, Acceptance And Organization (Ohs, Fire Protection And Coordination In The Scope Of Occupational Health And Safety (Osh) On The Site Of The Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations, - At Its Own Expense, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Checks, Tests And Measurements Of The Work Performed, Including Vss Testing Of Hardened Surfaces, And Will Submit The Results Of This Test To The Ordering Party - As Part Of The Demolition Works Of The Former Library Building, The Following Should Also Be Removed: - The Existing Gas Connection In The Area From The Building To The Connection To The Main Gas Network Running In The Sidewalk At Ul. Niepodległości, Existing Lv Overhead Network Connection, Existing Water Supply Connection, Existing Sanitary Sewage Connection, Existing Waste Tank Located In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Building, Existing Overhead Telecommunication Network Connection.
