1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Eleven Social Premises 215B, 216B, 222A, 223A, 301 Common Parts, 301A, 301B, 304A, 305A, 321B, 322B, 324B In The Building At Ul. Złotego Smoka 6 In Gorzów Wlkp., In Accordance With The Design Documentation Consisting Of Specifications Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities.2.The Scope Of Work Includes Works Described In The Attached Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, In Accordance With The Attached Bills Of Quantities. Attention! The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Operational (Residential) Building In Uninhabited Premises. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Access To Utilities, I.E. Water And Electricity. The Collection Cost Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Informs That The Building Is Equipped With A Pre-Payment System For Settling Water And Electricity Consumption. The Use Of Utilities Requires Prior Top-Up Via The Bank Account Indicated By The Ordering Party. After Making The Payment, The Contractor Will Be Provided With Appropriate Cards Enabling To Top Up Prepayment Devices Located In The Premises. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Constantly Monitor The Status Of Available Funds And Make Further Top-Ups As Needed To Ensure Continuity Of Water And Electricity Supplies For The Needs Of The Works. Each Premises Has A Separate System. Before Starting The Renovation Of Each Premises, Please Contact The Building Administrator To Re-Log The Cards. It Is Possible To Provide A Room Free Of Charge For Storing Equipment And Building Materials.3.The Ordering Party Requires That Specialist Works Be Performed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Professional Qualifications.4.Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Mutually Clarifying And Complementary In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities In The Execution Are Found, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence.
