1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Dr Jana Schwabe Street In Starogard Gdański As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Modernization Of Schwabe Street - Between Kopicza Street And Maja Street. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of The Road, 2) Reconstruction Of Intersections, 3) Reconstruction/Construction Of Exits, 4) Construction Of Parking Bays, 5) Construction Of Roadsides, 6) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings, 7) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 8) Local Widening Of The Road. 3. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: 1) Perform And Secure Surveying, Geological And Geotechnical Services, Temporary Traffic Organization, 2) Provide A Construction Manager With Appropriate Authorizations And Other Necessary Staff For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, 3) Perform All Measurements, Tests, Calculations And Expert Opinions Needed For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, 4) Obtain All Consents, Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. 4. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. 5. Build Cast Iron Manholes With The Logo, The Template Is Attached To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Bears Full And Complete Responsibility For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order. 7. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor After Obtaining All Permits Required By Law And Fulfilling All Obligations Required Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Allows For The Transfer Of The Construction Site In Parts For Which The Work Will Be Legally And Technically Possible. The Works Will Commence Immediately After Handing Over The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Deadlines Specified In The Construction Law. 8. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, Ensuring Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits, Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Warranty Period And Guarantee Granted By The Contractor.
