As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Complete Integration And Configuration Of The System, • Develop As-Built Documentation, • Train Administrators Managing The System And Operators (Academic Guards), At Least 2 Training Sessions, 4 Hours Each. As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Should Provide: - Warranty Service, Min. 24 Months, - Troubleshooting In The Following Mode: Critical (Blocking) Error: Failure That Prevents Most Users From Using Key System Functions (E.G. Inability To Log In, Database Integrity Errors) - Response Time: Up To 2 Hours On A Business Day. Repair Time: Up To 8 Hours On A Business Day. Significant Error: Limited Functionality Of The System, But There Is A Workaround - Response Time: Up To 4 Hours On A Business Day. Repair Time: Up To 24 Hours On A Business Day Standard Error (Harmless): Aesthetic Defects, Minor Errors In The Interface Or Individual Reports - Response Time: Up To 8 Hours On A Business Day.
