The Investment Will Be Implemented As A Dual-Use Investment. The Underground Floor Of The Building, After Its Adaptation, Will Have A Double Function: It Will Be An Mds Function During The Emergency, And In The Remaining Time It Will Be An Economic/Warehouse/Technical Function.
