Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out General Construction Works As Part Of Maintenance And Current Repairs In Municipal Buildings And Those Owned By The City, In Municipal Premises And In Buildings Of Housing Communities

The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of General Construction Works As Part Of Maintenance And Current Repairs In Buildings And Playground Areas Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Description And Scope Of Work Are Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). The Bill Of Quantities Is An Estimate, Assumes An Estimated Scope Of Work And Specifies One Unit Of The Most Frequently Implemented Type. Works. It Is Used To Determine The Unit Prices Of The Most Frequently Performed Maintenance And Repair Works, As Well As To Calculate The Offer Price And Compare The Submitted Offers. The Actual Quantities Of Works During The Order Execution Period Are Greater Than Those Presented In The Bill Of Quantities And Will Be Specified In Detail In Orders/Notifications Issued By The Technical, Investment And Renovation Department Of Pgm Żyrardów Sp. Z O. O. According To The Needs For Each Building And For Each Playground Separately. The Works Will Be Carried Out According To Individual Orders Issued In The Number And Order Of Actual Needs In The Building And Within The Time Agreed By The Parties In Each Order. Each Work Must Be Accepted With An Acceptance Protocol And Settled With A Cost Estimate Verified By An Employee Of The Technical, Investment And Renovation Department.
