The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Base Located In Chełm At Ul. Wolwinów 48.The Scope Of The Contract Includes:1.Stage I - Development Of Complete Documentation For Reporting Construction Works Along With Obtaining No Objection From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body;2.Stage Ii Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Storage Base, Including Development And Hardening Of The Area, Drainage, Fencing, Lighting And Monitoring, As Well As Delivery And Assembly Of A Storage Tent, In Accordance With The Documentation And Functional And Utility Program. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) Designed Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz; 2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex To Ppu. Source Of Financing: Task Carried Out Under The Subsidy Of The Voivode Of Lublin From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order Within 40 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
