The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Service Of Heating Management System Devices That Will Support The Operation Of The Internal Central Heating Installation, Hereinafter Referred To As Central Heating, In The Buildings Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A.: Mewa 1B, Mewa 1D, Mewa 3A, Mewa 3B In Kołobrzeg.2.The Scope Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Installation Of Devices Necessary For The Operation Of The System, Enabling Reading And Analysis Of The Measurement Of Parameters Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Central Heating Installation, Using An Electronic Tool Enabling Ongoing Control And Change Of Operating Parameters Of The Central Heating Installation. Remotely, From Anywhere, Via A Computer With Internet Access.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Brand New, Complete, Unrepaired And Unregenerated Devices That Will Support The Operation Of The Internal Central Heating Installation. Using The Provided Software; 2) Connecting The System To The Existing Central Heating Installation In The Building. In A Way That Allows You To Supervise The Operation Of The Central Heating Installation. Of This Building;3) Integration Of The System With The Kuracjusz Program, Used By The Ordering Party, To The Extent And On The Terms Specified In The Chapter Integration With The Kuracjusz Program.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff By The Manufacturer Or An External Entity Authorized By The Manufacturer.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Key Parts Of The Order Personally.6. The Contractor Is Required To Conduct An On-Site Visit To The S.U. Facilities. Mewa, Aimed At Checking The Work Site And The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order. The Aim Is To Exclude The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation - The Date Of The On-Site Inspection Is Set For October 26, 2026.7.
