The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Services In The Field Of Repair And Periodic Inspections Of Vehicles Covered And Not Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty - Framework Agreement Divided Into 5 (Five) Parts Of The Order: Part I - Periodic Inspections And Repair Of Ford Ranger Vehicles, Part Ii - Periodic Inspections And Repair Of Renault Megane Vehicles, Part Iii - Periodic Inspections And Repair Of Opel Vehicles, Part Iv - Periodic Inspections And Repair Of Volkswagen Group Vehicles (Vw, Skoda, Audi), Part V - Periodic Inspections And Repair Of Toyota Vehicles. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Code: 50112000-3 Car Repair And Maintenance Services2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annexes No. 1, 1.1. – 1.5, And No. 6 To The Swz, I.E.: Offer Form, List Of Vehicles And Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Number Of Man-Hours Provided By The Ordering Party Is Of An Estimated And Informative Nature And Is Used Only For The Preparation And Comparison Of Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Use Of The Indicated Number Of Man-Hours Or The Ordering Of Services To The Full Extent Indicated. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Services Actually Performed And Received, In Accordance With The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer And The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours For Individual Parts Of The Order Is: For Part I - 202 Man-Hours; For Part Ii - 171 Man-Hours; For Part Iii - 482 Man-Hours; For Part Iv - 466 Man-Hours; For Part V - 146 Man-Hours.3.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Based On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From Its Current Activities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order By No More Than 30% Of The Maximum Gross Remuneration. This Means That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Order With A Value Corresponding To At Least 70% Of This Amount. Reducing The Scope Of The Order May Include, In Particular, Reducing The Number Of Ordered Inspections, Repairs, Servicing Activities And Man-Hours In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.
