The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Not For Exhibition, Complete And Will Be Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, Apart From Consumables. If The Subject Of The Order Includes Or May Include An Ict Product, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products Which, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Include An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision. 2.
