The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Górzyca Commune And Its Transport To The Installation Of The Special Purpose Association Of Municipalities Czg-12 Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Długoszyn, And In The Event Of A Failure Of The Above-Mentioned Installation Or When The Installation Cannot Accept Waste For Other Reasons, After The Ordering Partys Approval, To The Installation For The Processing Of Municipal Waste, Including Municipal Installations, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Proceedings With Waste, Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) 2.
