Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Shipments In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For The Needs Of The Grodzisk District Office

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366), And In Matters Not Regulated By These Provisions, The Provisions Of The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1071) Shall Apply Accordingly. The Service Order Covers The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Shipments And Their Possible Returns For A Period Of 12 Months. Postal Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of The Service Includes: • Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Both Priority And Economic Ones, I.E.: Unregistered Letter Items, Registered Items, Including Registered Items, Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, • Providing The Ordering Party With Returns, Confirmation Of Receipt And Undelivered Postal Items (Letter Items And Postal Parcels), After All Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Release Have Been Exhausted Addressee/Recipient.• - Collecting Postal Items From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Transporting Them To The Office Providing Postal Services For Posting.1.The List Of Types And Quantities Of Shipments Containing The Expected Maximum Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Number Of Indicated Shipments. Specific Types And Quantities Of Individual Shipments As Part Of The Services Provided May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Order Value Is Indicated In § 3 Section 9 Wzoru Umowy.2.Some Shipments Will Be Sent As Registered Shipments In Accordance With The Procedures Resulting From Specific Regulations, Including, Among Others, Art. 57 § 5 Pkt. 2 Kpa , 165 § 2 Kpc, Art. 12 § 6 Pkt. 2 Ordynacji Podatkowej, Art. 83 § 3 Of The Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts (Registered Items With Confirmation Of Posting Having The Force Of An Official Document).3.Shipments Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, In Accordance With Relevant Regulations And International Agreements.4.The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Basis Of Properly Prepared Parcels To Be Sent By The Ordering Party And A Quantitative List With Specific Addresses And In An Orderly Manner According To The Type Category: A) Registered Parcels Will Be Sent On The Basis Of The List Of Registered Letters, B) Unregistered Parcels Will Be Sent On The Basis Of The List Of Sent Parcels - The Number And Weight Of Accepted Or Returned Parcels Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The List Of Sent Or Returned Parcels Prepared By Zamawiającego.5.The Lists Are Prepared In Two Copies, One For Each Party. 6.
