The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of Training In The Form Of 12 Two-Day Stationary Meetings For 20 Participants (Women, Men, Hereinafter Referred To As (F/M)) Training In The Field Of The First Degree Of Specialization In The Profession Of A Social Worker, Including: Payment For The Exam, Provision Of Auxiliary And Teaching (Training) Materials, Along With The Provision Of Training Rooms, Accommodation And Meals. The Training Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of April 17, 2012 On Specialization In The Profession Of Social Worker.2.Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Other Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
