Part 1 - Clearing Snow And Sprinkling Roads With Roughening Material In The Town Of Rajbrot: 1) The Order Covers Clearing Snow From Roads, Parking Lots And Squares With A Total Length Of Approximately 23.83 Km And Sprinkling Them With Roughening Material In The Lipnica Murowana Commune In Rajbrot, With Equipment At The Contractors Disposal In The Winter Season 2026/2027. The Scope Of Work Is Determined By The List Of Roads Constituting Annex To Agreement No. 8.1. 2) The Scope Of Services Includes: A.Winter Road Maintenance By Clearing Snow In A Way That Ensures Continuity Of Travel In Accordance With Existing Weather Conditions. B.Sprinkling Snow-Cleared Roads With Roughening Material Provided By The Contractor, Who Is Obliged To Purchase, Transport And Store It (Under A Roof) During The Winter Season. It Is Possible To Perform The Order Using Suspended Sandblasters Lent By The Commune, Symbol Wtt 850/1200 Dexwal, However, The Costs Of Repair And Maintenance Of The Ordering Partys Equipment Will Be Borne By The Contractor, As The Borrower. The Loan Agreement Template Is An Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Clear Snow From Roads Or Sprinkle Them, However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Work Only On Selected Road Sections, And Not On The Entire Road Network Covered By The Order (Snow Removal, Ad Hoc Or Emergency Sprinkling Of Indicated Sections).C.Readiness To Start Clearing And Spreading Snow By Being On Call 24 Hours A Day For The Purpose Of Winter Road Maintenance. D.Starting Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Roads Upon Telephone Order Of The Commune Mayor Or A Person Authorized By The Mayor Or At The Request Of The Contractor After Consultation With The Mayor Or A Person Authorized By The Mayor. E. Start Clearing Snow Or Sprinkling Roads Each Time No Later Than 90 Minutes After Notifying The Mayor Or A Person Authorized By Him By Phone. A Contractor Who Declares That Snow Removal Or Spreading Will Start Earlier Than Required Will Receive Points In The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Scoring Method Is Described In Chapter Xiii Of These Terms Of Reference.
