Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of An Educational Robot For Students Of The Secondary School Complex Im. W. Broniewski In Krosno Odrzańskie

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Complete Device Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Device Offered Must Come From The Manufacturers Legal Distribution Channel, Be Intended For Sale Within The European Union And Have The Ce Marking, If Required By Law. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Along With All The Elements Necessary For Its Proper Use, In Particular Cables, Power Supplies, Accessories, Drivers, Licenses, Instructions And Other Elements Required To Run The Device In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Partys Representative, Bring It To The Indicated Room. 5. If The Item Is Classified As An Ict Product, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Solutions That, As Of The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Covered By The Recommendation Issued Pursuant To Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Indicating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Include Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Issued On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act On The National Cybersecurity System. Cybersecurity Obligations Also Apply To Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Provided By Subcontractors And Any Entities Involved By The Contractor In The Execution Of The Order.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form For The Offered Device Constituting An Ict Product At Least: 1) Manufacturer, 2) Name Or Model Of The Device, 3) Trade Mark Or Catalog Number, If Any, 4) Parameters Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Product, 7.Whenever The Manufacturers Name, Trade Name, Type, Model, Trademark, Patent, Origin, Technology Or Software Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Should Be Understood As An Exemplary Solution Specifying The Minimum Technical, Functional, Quality And Operational Requirements. 8. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Provide Technical, Functional, Quality, Performance, Safety And Compatibility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Solutions In The Field Of Network Devices And Software (Ict), The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Update Management And Distribution System Meets Cybersecurity Standards No Worse Than The Reference System And Is Not Based On The Ict Architecture Of Suppliers Considered High-Risk.9.When Offering An Equivalent Solution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate Its Equivalence By Presenting Catalog Cards, Technical Specifications, Manufactu
