The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Periodic Catering Services For Participants Of Meetings Organized By The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology In Warsaw. The Ordering Party Plans To Organize: 1) Meetings In The Form Of Conferences Related To The Implementation Of Projects Conducted At The Faculty Of Mechanical Technology At Ul. Ludwika Narbutta 85 And Ludwika Narbutta 86 And At Ul. Konwiktorska 2 Or In Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Warsaw. 2) Occasional Meetings On The Occasion Of: A) Easter, B) Occasional Meetings During The Year, C) Christmas, D) New Years Eve. The Expected Number Of People During The Year - Approximately 250, But The Expected Number Of Participants Will Be Not Less Than 10 People. The Ordering Party Will Pay Only For Services Actually Provided (According To The Confirmed Number Of Participants) According To The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Request For Quotation Referred To In Point. 3. After Receiving Information About The Arrival Of A Smaller Number Of Participants Or The Failure Of Some People To Use The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Proportionally Reduce The Price Of The Service In Relation To The Gross Price Based On The Actual Number Of Class Participants Using The Coffee And Lunch Service. The Menu Will Be Individually Agreed By The Ordering Party On Each Occasion.
