Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Light Operational Vehicle For The Needs Of The Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Łomża

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Light Operational Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 3,500 Kg, The Technical Parameters Of Which Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Specification.2. When Calculating The Price For The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz, Including Its Annexes Containing A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Until The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fair Events, Technically Efficient, Safe, Compliant With Applicable Norms And Quality Standards, Complete And Ready For Use, And Must Also Meet Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order;5. Due Diligence Is Required When Fulfilling Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Vehicle Directly To The Ordering Party. The Method Of Transport Must Ensure Protection Against Damage. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused By Improper Transport.7. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: • Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments (Annex No. 2 To The Swz) • Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) Detailed Regulations In The Procurement Documents.
