Part 1 Of The Order - Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks And Squares In The Towns: Majdan Łętowski, Łętownia, Łętownia Gościniec, Wólka Łętowska1) The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance (Snow Removal And Sandblasting) Of Roads, Sidewalks And Squares In The Towns: Majdan Łętowski, Łętownia, Łętownia Gościniec, Wólka Łętowska, With A Total Length Of: 28.14 Km Of Municipal Roads And Squares And 11.64 Km Of Sidewalks Along District And Municipal Roads. Sidewalk Maintenance Work Should Be Performed Using Equipment Equipped With A Plow And A Sand Spreader Mounted On The Rear Of The Vehicle. The Wheelbase Of The Vehicle Cannot Be Longer Than 1,500 Mm, And Its Permissible Total Weight Cannot Exceed 2,600 Kg. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To Swz.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Combating Slipperiness (Sandblasting) On Roads And Squares, B) Clearing Snow From Roads And Squares, C) Combating Slipperiness (Sandblasting) On Sidewalks, D) Clearing Snow From Sidewalks, E) Preparation Sand-Salt Mixtures From Own Materials With A Salt Content Of At Least 15% In The Mixture,3) Each Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks And Squares Must Be Confirmed By A Person Designated By The Ordering Party, Including The Number Of Kilometers Cleared Of Snow And/Or Sanded.4) The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Execution Of The Order.
