Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Develop Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Including In Particular: A) Preparation Of A Draft Decision Along With Factual And Legal Justification, B) Determination Of The Type Of Investment, C) Determination Of The Conditions And Detailed Rules For The Development Of The Area And Its Development Resulting From Legal Provisions, D) Determination Of The Conditions Of Service In The Field Of Technical Infrastructure And Communication, Appropriate To The Nature Of The Investment, E) Determination Of The Requirements For The Protection Of The Interests Of Third Parties, If Are Applicable, F) Determining The Lines Demarcating The Investment Area On An Appropriate Map, G) Preparing The Required Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decision, H) Conducting An Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development Resulting From Separate Regulations, I) Conducting An Analysis Of The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is To Be Implemented, J) Including In The Draft Decision The Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Restrictions Regarding The Planned Investment Required By Law.
