The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance, Ongoing Maintenance, Technical Support, Troubleshooting And Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of The Sanitary Sewage Infrastructure Owned Or Managed By The Lichnowy Commune, Transferred To The Contractor For Operation.2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure: 1) Continuous And Reliable Sewage Collection; 2) Proper Functioning Of The Sewage Network And Pumping Stations; 3) Limiting The Risk Of Failures And Flooding; 4) Protection Of Infrastructure Against Damage And Excessive Wear; 5) Proper Operation Of Measuring Devices; 6) Safety Of People, Property And The Environment; 7) Proper Documentation Of Infrastructure Operation. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Gravity Sanitary Sewage Network; 2) Sanitary Pressure Sewage Network; 3) Connections Or Connection Sections Remaining Under The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party; 4) Sewage Pumping Stations; 5) Flow Meter On The Main Collector; 6) Fittings, Wells, Manholes, Control, Telemetric And Measurement Devices; 7) Other Devices And Infrastructure Elements Transferred To The Contractor In The Handover Protocol.4.Concluding Contracts With Service Recipients, Conducting Settlements With Recipients, Issuing Invoices, Conducting Debt Collection And Other Activities Related To Financial Services For Service Recipients Remain The Responsibility Of The Lichnowy Commune And Are Not Covered By The Subject Of The Order.5.The Costs Indicated Below Remain The Responsibility Of The Lichnowy Commune And Are Not Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) Electricity Fees; 2) Fees For Occupying A Road Lane On County Roads; 3) Fees For The Use Of The Environment; 4) Fees For Sewage Testing; 5) Other Public Law Fees; 6) Costs Of Analyzes And Quality Tests; 7) Costs Of Permits And Other Required Administrative Decisions; 6.Infrastructure Characteristics: The Lichnowy Commune Does Not Have Its Own Sewage Treatment Plant.
