Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Students From The Area Of The Ciężkowice Municipality In 2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Transportation Of Students To School Classes Based On Monthly Tickets Purchased By The Ordering Party; B) Transportation Of Students With Disabilities To School Classes, Settled On The Basis Of The Number Of Kilometers Traveled.2.Transport Of Students Will Be Carried Out From Designated Stops Or Other Places Indicated In The Order Documentation To The Relevant Educational Units, And Then On The Way Back, In Accordance With The Timetable Schedule Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Routes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3.The Updated Timetable For The Period September-December 2027 Will Be Submitted To The Contractor By August 20, 20274.The Timetable May Be Changed Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Agreeing The Changes With The Contractor.5.The Ordering Party Estimates That The Subject Of The Order Will Include The Transport Of: A) 214 Students And 6 Guardians - As Part Of The Service Settled On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets; B) 2 Students With Disabilities And 1 Guardian - As Part Of The Service Settled On The Basis Of The Number Of Kilometers Traveled.6.The Ordering Party Shall Provide A Person To Look After The Children During Transport. This Person Will Wait For The Bus/Bus Or Car With The Children At The Place Of Departure, According To The Agreed Schedule.7.Within The Basic Scope, The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase A Total Of 2,200 Monthly Tickets, Including: A) 2,140 Tickets For Students; B) 60 Tickets For Guardians8.The Above Amounts Result From The Estimated Demand For 214 Students And 6 Guardians For A Period Of 10 Months (No Student Transport Service Will Be Provided During The Summer Holidays). The Final Number Of Tickets Purchased Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.9.The Estimated Number Of Kilometers Planned For The Transport Of Students With Disabilities Is: 3,280 Km.10.Transport Services Will Be Provided In The Commune Of Więcowice, In Accordance With The Routes Specified In The Order Documentation.11.Transport Will Be Carried Out On School Days, In Accordance With The Schedule, Timetable And Departure And Arrival Times Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Appropriate Means Of Transport, Including A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Students With Disabilities.12.The Offer Price Must Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including Costs Related To The Purchase And Implementation Of Transport Based On Monthly Tickets And Transport Costs Settled According To The Number Of Kilometers Traveled.13.The Price Presented By The Contractor In The Offer Form Should Also Include The Costs Of Transporting The Vehicle To The Place Of Commencement Of The Service And Other Costs Necessary To Complete The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.14.To Carry Out Transport, The Contractor May Only Use Vehicles That Meet The Technical Requirements And Conditions For Admission
