Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of A Spatial Information System (Sip) Adapted To The Needs Of The Racibórz City Office

The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation, Launch, Configuration, Integration And Maintenance Of The Spatial Information System Tailored To The Needs Of The Racibórz City Hall, Including In Particular: 1) Sip It Modules, Including The Municipal Property Module, Related To The Financial And Accounting Environment Currently Used By The Ordering Party And The State Register System (To The Extent Permitted By Law). 2) Full Replacement Of The Existing Esim Spatial Information System, While Maintaining Its Functionality, With A New Spatial Information System, Hereinafter Referred To As Sip. 3) Data Migration, Integration With The Ordering Partys Systems, Training, Documentation, Tests, Acceptances. Warranty, Technical Assistance And Maintenance Of The System During The Period Specified In The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A System Ready For Production Work At The Racibórz City Hall, Maintaining The Continuity Of Case Management, Information Security, And Accountability Possibilities User Activities And Requirements Arising From Legal Provisions. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Technical Parameters Of The Ordered Delivery Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Other Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes. Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Article 33(4) Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, Or The Ict Product Type Specified In The Decision On The Recognition Of The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Article 67B(1) Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System; Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Article 226(1)(17) Or (19) Of The Public Procurement Law. In The Event Of Publishing A Recommendation Or Decision Including An Ict Element Used To Perform The Contract, The Contractor Will Immediately Inform The Contracting Authority And Present A Method Of Ensuring Further Compliance Of The Contract With The Provisions Of Law And The Procurement Documents.
