Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Banking Services For The Budget Of The City Of Łomża And Organizational Units In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2029

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Banking Services To The Budget Of The City Of Łomża And Its Organizational Units In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2029, Provided That The Preparation, Launch And Training In The Banking Service System Will Be Completed By December 15, 2026. The Numbers Of New Bank Accounts, Which Will Be Valid From January 1, 2027, Will Be Indicated To The Ordering Party Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The List Of Units Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Units As A Result Of Possible Organizational Changes. If New Organizational Units Are Established, Their Banking Services Will Be Provided On Terms And Conditions Consistent With The Concluded Agreement Without Additional Fees And Commissions. Accounts Will Be Opened And Closed By Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party And By Persons Authorized By Organizational Units. 3. The Contractor Will Provide Service To The Ordering Party In All Bank Branches/Branches Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Łomża. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
