3.1.Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance (Clearing Snow And Combating Winter Slipperiness) In The City And Commune Of Olesno In The Winter Season 2026/2027. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Eliminate The Effects Of Winter In Order To Ensure Constant Road Passability And Maximize The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic. The Works Will Be Carried Out 24 Hours A Day (24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Including Sundays). And Holidays) As Part Of The Entrusted Action Winter. The Works Must Be Carried Out In A Smooth Manner, Safe For Third Parties And Not Disturbing The Elements Of Road Infrastructure. The Basis For Financial Settlement Are Unit Prices For 1 Hour Of Effective Operation Of A Given Equipment Unit. The Ordering Party Defines Two Standards For Road Maintenance In The City. And The Olesno Commune, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Eliminate The Effects Of Winter Within A Specified Time. This Time Is Counted From The Moment Of Cessation Of Snowfall Or The Detection Of An Atmospheric Phenomenon (E.G. Black Ice) Or From The Moment Of Issuing An Order By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Territorial And Material Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Order, Including A List Of Roads, Streets, Parking Lots And Other Areas Subject To Winter Maintenance, Along With Assignment To The Appropriate Winter Maintenance Standards, Are Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Opz.
