The Purpose Of Issuing This Sourcing Event Is To:1. Determine The Level Of Market Interest;2. Provide Industry With An Opportunity To Comment On The Potential Procurement Opportunity. The City Is Considering Establishing A Design-Build Standing Arrangement Contract To Assist In The Design And Construction Of Various Small Unplanned, Emergent And Urgent Infrastructure Facility Projects.
