The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Adaptation Of A Former School In The Town Of Pachnowola Into A Temporary Shelter And A Third Party Liability Warehouse.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Former School Building, Including The Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled, Reconstruction Of The Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations, Lightning Protection System, Removal Of Interference With Pge Devices, Construction Of A Drainless Rainwater Tank With A Capacity Of 4 M3, Construction Of An Entrance To The Property, Fencing Of The Area, Hardened Surfaces And Parking Spaces. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Reconstruct The External Above-Ground Fire Hydrant, A 10 Kwp Photovoltaic Installation And Video Monitoring On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed At Its Own Expense And At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Will Obtain Approval From A Fire Expert For The Documentation Of The Hydrant Reconstruction. And Equipping It With Hand-Held Fire Extinguishing Equipment In Accordance With Relevant Standards,8) Ensuring And Bearing The Costs Of Delivery Of Utilities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, Including Electricity, Water And Sewage Disposal;9) Securing And Protecting The Existing Area Infrastructure, Technical Infrastructure Devices, Surveying Signs And Other Development Elements Located In The Area Of ​​The Works Being Carried Out;10) Conducting Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.11) Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works.
