The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Function Of Multi-Sector Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Tasks Entitled: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Building D Of The Municipal Hospital In Siemianowice Śląskie And Reconstruction Of Building B Of The Hospital Along With Thermal Modernization. The Specification Of The Service Is Included In Annex No. 1 To This Specification Of Terms Of Order (Offer Form), And The Detailed Characteristics Are Included In Annex No. 1.1. (Price Form) And Annex No. 1.2 (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Full Scope Of Activities Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) And The Implementing Regulations For The Investors Supervision Inspector, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice And Professional Ethics, Which Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1.2 To Swz - (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). This Order Will Be Implemented Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program.
