Name Of Part 1: Provision Of 24-Hour Services For The Administrative Removal Of Vehicles With A D.M.C. Up To 3.5 Tons From The City Of Rzeszów. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Services In The Field Of Administrative Removal Of Vehicles From The City Of Rzeszów With A Maximum Mass. Up To 3.5 Tons Under Art. 50A And 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, In Relation To Which The Authority Of The Police, The City Guard In Rzeszów, The Road Transport Inspectorate Or The Person Commanding The Rescue Operation, Or Another Statutorily Authorized Person, Has Issued A Legally Prescribed Order To Remove The Vehicle To The Parking Lot Designated By The Ordering Party Located In Rzeszów At Ul. Wyspiańskiego (Former Marketplace).2) The Provision Of The Administrative Vehicle Removal Service Means The Contractors Arrival To The Place Indicated In The Instructions, Loading Of The Vehicle, And Its Immediate Transport To The Parking Lot Indicated In Point. 1 And Its Unloading And Parking.3) After Bringing The Vehicle To The Parking Lot, The Contractor Undertakes To Hand Over The Vehicle To The Parking Staff In A Non-Deteriorated Condition. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Detailed Photographic Documentation Of The Vehicles Condition And Sign The Vehicle Condition Acceptance Protocol Prepared By The Parking Administrator, According To The Template Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Contract. The Documentation Will Be Kept For A Period Of 5 Years.4) The Contractor Provides The Service Referred To In Point. 1 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, On Working Days, Non-Working Days And Holidays. 5) The Contractor Undertakes To Reach The Place Indicated By The Authorized Body Immediately, No Later Than Within 30 Minutes From Issuing A Telephone Order To Remove The Vehicle By The Entity Authorized Under The Road Traffic Law, And Start Removing The Vehicle In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Authorized Body That Issued The Order. 6) The Contractor Undertakes To Have The Means To Collect, Secure And Neutralize Floods. Petroleum And Oil Products. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Leaks Of Petroleum Substances Resulting From Vehicle Collisions. 7) Specialized Equipment Intended For This Type Of Tasks Should Be Used To Tow Vehicles, In A Number That Ensures The Possibility Of Efficient And Continuous Provision Of The Vehicle Removal Service From Any Place In The City Of Rzeszów. The Contractor Must Have Equipment To Remove Vehicles With Automatic Transmissions. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Vehicles Approved For Traffic, With Valid Technical Tests And Certificates, Equipped And Marked (Logo, Name Of The Contractors Company). 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of People For The Administrative Removal Of Vehicles From The Cities Of Rzeszów With A Gross Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons.
