The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of The Roads Indicated In Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Other Roads According To The Needs Of The Employer In The Boronów Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Snow Removal Of Municipal Roads With A Length Of Approx. 34,710 Km In The Town Of Boronów And The Villages Of: Zumpy, Dębowa Góra, Grojec, Hucisko And In Hamlets: Doły, Sitki And Cielec, - Sprinkling A Sand-Salt Mixture In A Volume Ratio Of Approx. 20% Of The Volume Of Salt In The Mixture To Prevent Black Ice On Municipal Roads With A Length Of Approx. 34,710 Km In The Town Of Boronów And The Villages Of: Zumpy, Dębowa Góra, Grojec, Hucisko And In The Hamlets Of: Doły, Sitki And Cielec. The Planned Number Of Kilometers Of The Service Is Given In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, However, The Amount That The Ordering Party Will Pay To The Contractor Will Result From The Number Of Kilometers Of Municipal Roads Actually Cleared Of Snow Or Sprinkled With A Sand-Salt Mixture. Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To Winter Road Maintenance (Winter Action): 1.The Contractor Undertakes To: A) 24-Hour Availability To The Ordering Party To Accept The Notification And Perform Works Related To Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, B) Collect The Appropriate Amount Of Sand And A Sand-Salt Mixture In A Volume Ratio Of Approximately 20% Of The Volume Of Salt In The Mixture In Order To Complete The Order. The Sand Should Not Contain Grains Larger Than 5 Mm, And The Maximum Grain Size Should Be Up To 8 Mm. The Sand And Salt Mixture Should Be A Homogeneous Mixture, C) Providing Appropriate Equipment For Snow Removal And Sprinkling, D) Ensuring The Availability Of Employees Responsible For The Proper Performance Of The Service, E) Ensuring Telephone Communication With Those Operating The Winter Equipment, F) Removing Snow From The Road Surface When The Equipment Arrives At The Workplace, G) Combating Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Road Surface With Roughening Materials When The Equipment Arrives At The Workplace. The Contractor Should Accept On Average 500 Kg Of A Mixture Of Sand And Salt For 1 Kilometer Of A Road With A Width Of Approximately 6 Meters. H) Submitting Work Sheets To The Ordering Party On The Next Business Day After The Service Is Completed By 2:00 P.M.
