Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Bread, Bakery And Confectionery Products

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Bread, Fresh Bakery And Pastry Products To Military Garrisons Located In Łask And Sieradz. 2. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Refrained From Dividing The Order Into Parts For The Following Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons: 2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Bread, Bakery And Pastry Products, Constituting A Uniform Category Of Products Offered Comprehensively By Bakeries. Entities Operating On This Market (Including Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises) Usually Have A Full Range Of Products Covered By The Order. Combining These Products In One Order Does Not Constitute An Entry Barrier And Does Not Restrict Competition, And In Fact Corresponds To The Natural Structure Of Commercial Supply. 3. The Offer Must Include A Valuation Of The Entire Product Range That Is The Subject Of The Order.4.The Type Of Product Ordered Is Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Prepares An Offer Specifying Unit Prices Of Individual Product Items. The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz Will Constitute The Basis For Financial Settlements With The Contractor. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Parameters, Quality Standards And Other Requirements) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Depending On The Part Of The Order. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements Contained In This Document.7.If The Ordering Party Anticipates The Size Of Unit Packages For A Given Product Range, Such Information Is Included In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Substitute Packaging For Food Products.8.The Products Must Meet The Polish Standards Indicated In The Opz, Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Delivered Products Must Be Fresh With An Expiration Date In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Must Be Of The Highest Quality. The Delivered Food Products Met The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Food Law Provisions, In Particular Regarding Health Quality, Storage Conditions, Transport, Expiration Dates Or Minimum Durability Dates And Proper Labeling.9.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Attach To The First Delivery Of Food Products A Declaration Confirming That The Food Products Come From A Manufacturer Under Constant Supervision Of The Relevant District Sanitary Inspection. If The Products Come From An Entity Other Than Their Manufacturer, The Contractor Will Additionally Attach A Certificate Confirming That This Entity Is Under The Constant Supervision Of The Relevant District Sanitary Inspectorate. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The Documents Referred To Above At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.10.In Relation To The Supply Of Food Products, The Contractor, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Obliged To Present The Documents Referred To In The Scope Of Authorization To Conduct A Specific Bu
