4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Replacement Of Two Complete Sets Of Split Ceiling Air Conditioners In The Ups Room In The Building Of The Regional Water Management Board In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As Rzgw In Warsaw) At Ul. Zarzecze 13 B, Together With The Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing, Worn-Out Sets Of Ceiling-Mounted Air Conditioners, I.E. Two Indoor Units And Two Outdoor Units. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 60-Month Warranty And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract, Counted From The Date Of Writing The Final Acceptance Report. Information About The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work Related To The Execution Of The Order, And The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified, Among Others: - Annex No. 7 To The Swz: Contract Template; - Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2.3 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Proceedings In Question If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract In Question Are Not Granted To It. In The Event Of Invalidation Pursuant To The Above-Mentioned Stoppages, Contractors Are Not Entitled To Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings.
