The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The City And The Muszyna Spa Commune In The Winter Season Of 2026/2027.2.The Ordering Party Allows For The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Tasks, I.E.: Task No. 1: Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The City And Commune Of Muszyna Spa, Including The Town Of Żegiestów3.The Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Order (Tasks) Is Detailed In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular: 1) Comprehensive Winter Road Maintenance Consisting In Ensuring Passability And Limiting Disruptions To Road Traffic Flow Caused By Snowfall, Sleet, Freezing Drizzle Or Winter Slipperiness Of The Road, By Removing Snow, Preventing The Formation And Elimination Of Winter Slipperiness, And Removing Snow. 2) Cleaning Up After Winter Maintenance Of The Road From The Material Used To Perform The Service. 5. Winter Road Maintenance Includes Clearing Snow And Removing Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Road With Appropriate Agents, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960).6.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Conditions Of Execution Of The Order, Is Included In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Assess The Situation On The Streets And Respond Appropriately By Sending Appropriate Units.
