The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Road Salt Intended For Winter Road Maintenance, In A Maximum Amount Of Up To 250 Mg, To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Błonie At Ul. Towarowa 5, 05-870 Błonie.2.Due In Particular To Changing Weather Conditions And The Resulting Actual Demand For Road Salt, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Maximum Amount Of Salt Covered By The Subject Of The Order.3.The Minimum Amount Of Road Salt That The Ordering Party Guarantees To Order During The Term Of The Contract Is 100 Mg.4.If The Maximum Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. 250 Mg, Is Not Used, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Complete The Remaining Part Of The Order, Subject To The Guaranteed Minimum Order Quantity Of 150 Mg. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template And Description Of The Subject Matter, Which Are Annexes To This Contract.
