1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A 9-Seater Bus For The Nowy Odrowążek Volunteer Fire Department. 2. Formal Requirements.• The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland For Cars Traveling On Public Roads, Be Compliant With Opz And Must Be Adapted To Transport People. The Delivered Car Must Have The Required Documents (Operators Manual In Polish, Warranty Book, Certificate Of Conformity Along With A Statement Containing Data And Information About The Vehicle Necessary For Registration And Record Of The Vehicle Required By Polish Law, Or Other Documents Not Included Above And Necessary To The Extent Specified In The Regulations) Enabling The Registration Of The Vehicle. • The Vehicle Must Have A Zero Inspection Performed By The Contractor At His Expense, Which Must Be Confirmed In The Vehicles Warranty Book. • At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Document That The Offered Vehicle Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Technical Specification. • The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter. • The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All Costs To Be Incurred By The Contractor For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: Cost Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Vat.
