The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared By Reference To The Standards. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described Standards, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That The Offered Material Meets Requirements No Worse Than Those Specified By The Ordering Party.
